Darling International Inc. announced today that it will release its third quarter 2004 financial results after the market close on Monday, November 15, 2004 and will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 to provide additional details about the company's quarterly earnings results.
